So do as you already have done and use Roxio for the capture then edit in VS. In other words, the bottom line is that Video Studio, both in older and more recent versions, is unlikely to work with the Eas圜ap. The only thing I can think of would be to set your VS compatibility to work with Vista standard, though I wouldn't hold out much hope that this will work. So in that sense you are lucky to have other software which does work with it. And Corel apparently did not tweak any later versions of VS to work specifically with the Eas圜ap. But that software came out around the time of Windows Vista, so is unlikely to work with current operating systems. By the sounds of it, your VS 11 SE was probably the software which came with your Eas圜ap. IIRC it was a Special Edition (SE) of VS 10. At one time, VideoStudio was in fact the software used with the Eas圜ap. They usually come with software of their own, and the idea is to use that software to capture. The fact is that analogue-to-digital USB capture devices are not quite as simple as RobertOZ suggested.

But it moved on some time ago - though you could do a search for it using "Eas圜ap" as your search target. The Eas圜ap device has been a problem in the past and we used to have a very long thread about it as a sticky at the start of this forum.
